I am a certified and licensed home inspector based out of Phoenix, Arizona. I would like to tell you about myself and how I built my business differently than any other home inspector in my area. First here is what is important to me and and why it matters to you.

My three guiding principles are honor, courage, and commitment. A lifestyle engrained into me from the Marine Corps. I honestly believe that if you take on anything in life with honor, enough courage, and total commitment you will absolutely succeed. I have applied this lifestyle to my business by honoring the expectations given to me from all parties involved, by being courageous enough to take on the task, and by giving 100% commitment to the customer even after the inspection is completed.

I have been involved in the construction side of the industry since 2015 and have always enjoyed doing it. I worked my way up from a laborer to a foreman, then to a building consultant. Home inspections just seemed to be the next step for me, and I haven’t looked back since. Building relationships with customers and agents alike is the best part of my job. Not to mention, I am really good at what I do.

I founded Ace Home Inspection Professionals LLC in 2021 because I became aware of the fact that not all, but some inspectors have not embraced the best practices, and can be known to create more problems. This was giving a negative connotation towards home inspector. I built this company to, over time, set an example that other inspectors can follow.

I am probably the only inspector you know that hopes to not find anything during an inspection. Not only does it make my job easier, but I take joy in telling people good news! Seeing the real estate transaction go off without a hitch, everyone happy and celebrating makes me be glad to help make that happen

This doesn’t mean I am not thorough, because I am. As I said before, I am really good at what I do.
