The Alameda County Early Childhood Policy Committee (ACECPC) makes early childhood policy recommendations rooted in cross-sector collaboration and community leadership.

• Develop consistent guidelines for principles, practice, and policy for parent leadership and engagement organizations

• Develop a shared understanding of an early childhood system of care in Alameda County

• Identify opportunities for parents to engage in decision-making and build leadership capacity
