Prioritizing high traffic areas with a consistent standard of surface level keep ups throughout the rest of your home without addressing heavy buildup, making it ideal for ongoing care. Pricing typically ranges from $140-$180+, depending on the size and condition of the home. Duration is usually 1h30mins - 2h30mins

• Standard Deep Cleaning
  Standard deep cleaning includes everything in our maintenance cleaning plus a more detailed focus on Buildup, dirt, grime and residue that accumulates over time. We recommend this service every 3-6 months. Pricing typically ranges from $250-$300+ depending on the size, condition and add-on services that elevates this services to cover more of your needs. Duration is usually 5-9 hours. Our Standard Deep Cleaning includes only so much, visit our add-on section for more. 

• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  Specialized cleaning for new or vacated homes. Ensures the space is spotless before moving in or handing it over. Includes cabinets interior and more add-ons you preferred according to a budget you can anticipate.

• Ad-Hoc Cleaning
  Flexible, one-off visits for specific needs. Perfect for last-minute events, post-renovation touch-ups, or whenever you just need extra help.

• Custom Add-ons
  Add extra services your home may need. Examples: fridge cleaning, oven interiors, fridge interior, interior windows, or special request tasks that's not listed can be acceptable upon discussion. These can be added to any cleaning type.

• Seasonal Cleaning
  Seasonal deep cleaning is designed to reset your home during seasonal changes ( Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall ) or as a 2-3 times per year. This service focus on removing build up dust, dirt and allergens from commonly used areas and overlooked spaces. It helps refresh the home environment, especially during seasonal transition allergy prone periods. This is similar in scope to our Standard deep cleaning but with a stronger focus on dust removal and general buildup rather than intensive scrubbing. You can customize this service with additional add-ons based on your home's needs. Pricing typically ranges from $290-$400+, depending on the size and condition of the home. Duration is usually 3-4hours

Our pricing is based per home, not hourly, to give us flexibility to do the job properly without rushing. If the condition or scope of work is significantly different upon arrival from what was originally discussed, pricing may be adjusted before or during the cleaning service. Cleaning supplies may be provided by either the client or our company. We use a combination and professional grade cleaning products selected through years of experience and testing. Whenever possible we choose products that are safe for everyday use around children and pets when use as directed. For deep cleaning services involves heavy grease, soap scums, or buildup, stronger cleaning agents may be necessary to achieve the desire results. When these products are required, we will notify you in advance and take appropriate precautions to protect your home and ensure proper ventilation.

What’s the Difference Between Maintenance and Deep Cleaning?

Maintenance Cleaning is performed weekly or bi-weekly to keep your home consistently clean and affordable. Prioritizing high-traffic areas with a consistent standard of surface-level upkeep throughout the rest of your home without addressing heavy buildup, making it ideal for ongoing care.

Deep Cleaning Deep Cleaning covers all tasks in Maintenance Cleaning but goes further by addressing buildup that accumulates over time,  prevent hygiene issues and reducing maintenance costs. This service prioritizes all areas of your home, tackling heavy buildup and preparing spaces for a move-in, a newborn, or ongoing upkeep. Recommended every 3–6 months.

When do you need a maintenance or deep cleaning?

Not sure if regular or deep cleaning is best? It comes down to your home’s condition, your habits, and how much dirt has accumulated.

    Maintenance Cleaning is Best If:

• You clean often and just need to keep things tidy.

• There’s no visible buildup of dirt, grease, or dust.

• You have a busy schedule and need quick maintenance.

• You want to prevent messes from piling up.

• You have guests, pet and or kids

    Deep Cleaning is Needed If:

• You see grime, mold, or stubborn stains.

• It’s been months since your last detailed clean.

• You’re moving in or out of a home.

• You or a family member has allergies or breathing issues.

Policy

• Payment - Payment is due upon completion of each service visit. We accept cash, zelle and checks. If payment is not received at the end of the service, a single reminder will be issued via text or email. If payment remains outstanding, the account will be placed on hold. Late fees and any additional charges will be added to the balance until it is fully resolved. Service will not resume until the account is brought current.

• Cancellations - We require a 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a $40 fee. Same day cancellations or no shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. Emergencies will always be considered and handled with understanding with communicated promptly.

• Access to home - Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter (no access, lockout, incorrect code or client unavailable when required), a $40 - $75 lockout fee may apply depending on time and travel reserved.

• Service Condition - We do not handle hazardous situations including bio-hazards, pest infestations or heavy mold remediation, which require special services.

• Service Adjustment - If there are areas that weren’t fully visible during the walk through, or special requests such as wall cleaning, inside appliances, or organizing specific areas. We are happy to accommodate these requests on the spot if there is time, please note that any additional work may result in a price adjustment. Changes will be confirmed before continuing. This ensures our team can provide the highest-quality cleaning while keeping pricing fair for both sides.

• Satisfaction - If anything needs attention, please notify us 24 hours of service so we can address it appropriately. It is in our best interest to handle the matter respectfully when reported within the stated time frame.                 

• Scheduling - Recurring appointments follow a flexible route base schedule. While service frequency is maintained, exact days and time may shift occasionally with advanced notice based on route planning and booking needs. We make every effort to accommodate preferred service days and maintain consistent scheduling when possible. If recurring services are repeatedly skipped, reschedule at short notice, or access is frequently unavailable, we reserve the right to adjust the service frequency, revise pricing, or discontinue recurring service under a revised agreement.

• Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service - We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, repeated payment issues, disrespectful behavior, or repeated policy violations.

• Client Cancellations Rights - Client may cancel recurring service at any time with proper notice. Any schedule services already booked within the 48 hour cancellation window may still be subject to the cancellation policy above.

What can clients provide?

Parking - If applicable, a spot for easy access to the property and to avoid parking tickets.

Cleaning Supplies (optional) - This can be provided by the company or by you.

Preparing Your Home / Clutter - Our cleaning services focus on thorough and efficient cleaning. Managing clutter is included only if it was part of the original agreement. If additional decluttering is requested beyond the agreed-upon scope, this may result in a price adjustment. To help us work safely and efficiently, we recommend that any important or delicate items — such as children’s toys, valuables, or keepsakes be put away. While we do our best to be careful, we may not notice if small items are misplaced, especially given the number of homes we care for.

Pets - Please inform us if you have pets. This helps us plan accordingly, avoid surprises, and ensure any pet-related concerns are addressed before we arrive.

Special Instructions | Add-ons - Let us know any specific preferences, areas of concern, or special instructions that need attention. Please book all extra services ahead of time.

Access to the Home - Ensure we have access to your home whether you’re present, provide a key, or share an access code. We respect your privacy and trust completely.

Space Matters - To work efficiently, we kindly ask for uninterrupted access to the areas being cleaned during the service. No constant check-ins = trust and a great work environment. Once we finish, you’re welcome to do a final walk through. If anything needs a touch-up, we’ll handle it promptly.

• Cleaning exterior windows in unsafe or hard-to-reach areas

• Handling mold, pests, or other bio hazards, which require specialized services
