ACE AUDIO PLAYER is built on a foundation of 100% Privacy & Data Sovereignty. No cloud accounts, no login screens, no third-party tracking—just your offline music and your privacy preserved.

1. Data Sovereignty & Privacy

• Local-First Architecture: ACE AUDIO PLAYER operates locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, track, or share your music files, listening habits, or personal information with any external servers. • Zero Third-Party Tracking: There are no third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or Firebase) and no advertisements embedded in this software. • Online Artwork Search: The optional "Search Art Online" feature sends only the Artist and Album names to the iTunes Search API (Apple Inc.) to locate high-resolution cover art. No personal identifiers or device data are transmitted during this lookup. • Secure Purchases: ACE Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed securely by the Google Play Billing API. The developer does not collect, store, or access your credit card or financial payment details.

2. Technical System Permissions

Google Play requires explicit explanation for system permissions requested by ACE AUDIO PLAYER: • READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required strictly to scan, index, and play your local audio files (MP3, FLAC, M4A, WAV, etc.) stored on your device or SD card. • RECORD_AUDIO (Visualizer Engine): Used exclusively to analyze real-time audio frequencies for the reactive visualizers and beat pulse effects. We NEVER record, save, transmit, or process your microphone or environmental audio. All frequency analysis is performed locally in volatile memory and used solely for visual rendering. • BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Used purely to detect connected Bluetooth headphones or earbuds and display their battery percentage in the player UI. • INTERNET: Used exclusively for the optional "Search Art Online" feature and to verify ACE Pro license status via Google Play Billing.

3. Drive Mode & Road Safety Liability Disclaimer

• Driver Responsibility: Drive Mode provides large, simplified controls for convenience when safely stopped or parked. ACE AUDIO PLAYER does not encourage, endorse, or promote interacting with mobile devices or looking at screens while driving. • Compliance with Traffic Laws: Users are solely responsible for obeying all local traffic laws, distracted driving regulations, and road safety rules. • Limitation of Driving Liability: The developer and ACE AUDIO PLAYER accept no liability for traffic violations, accidents, personal injuries, property damage, or fatalities resulting from using the application while operating a motor vehicle.

4. Hardware Safety, Audio Limits & Data Liability

• High-Performance Hardware Usage: High-energy visualizer modes (including MAD MODE) and the Pro-X Audio Engine utilize intensive GPU/CPU rendering. Extended use will increase battery consumption and may cause your device to generate heat. • Audio Safety & Hardware Limits: The Pro-X Engine provides gain, bass boost, and preamp controls. Use caution with high volume and bass levels. The developer and ACE AUDIO PLAYER accept no liability for speaker/headphone damage, battery degradation, device heating, or health issues (such as photosensitivity or hearing wear) resulting from high volume or flash effects. • Permanent File Operations: File deletions performed via the "Library Sanitizer" or "Folder Cleanup" use native system prompts and are permanent. Users are responsible for confirming deletions to prevent accidental loss of music.
