Accuweather //FREE\ Download Windows 10

My AccuWeather app from Dell Stage on my Win7 laptop stop having weather and display 5 hour later on the clock. I try to update my zip code in settings it shows "no result". I think it is because it stop access internet/server to get the right infomation. I know MS stoped all the windows gadget for security reason, and I did not block it access internet. So, I am wondering is there something wrong with my PC or Dell stop the app?

Update 2: So far we know it's not windows update or any other software update causing the problem. System restore and reinstall AccuWeather and/or Dell Stage does not help. Following is the replay I got from AccuWeather, and it basically means they didn't do anything and it is not their fault.

My last windows update was on 5/4/15, my problem with Accuweather started on 5/11 or 5/12. Might be MS update, but I can't figure why the delay from last update install. Do you have adobe programs and were they updated 5/12?

Recently, the sidebar gadget fell off, in which parsing from the site accuweather.com took place. I got the API from the accuweather.com. Is it possible to somehow force this gadget to receive and parse information from the accuweather website directly?
