Please Read Before Using This App
Acculy Cured is a wellness guidance application only. The content, recommendations, and information provided through this App are intended for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing in this App constitutes, or should be interpreted as, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The pressure point guidance provided by Acculy Cured is based on general acupressure and wellness traditions. It is not evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. Acculy Cured does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or health condition.
Before beginning any new wellness routine involving pressure point therapy, or making changes to an existing health plan, you should consult with a licensed and qualified healthcare professional. This is especially important if you:
Are pregnant or nursing
Have a chronic or pre-existing medical condition such as heart disease, blood clots, or osteoporosis
Are recovering from a recent injury, surgery, or medical procedure
Are currently taking prescription medications
Have a history of blood pressure complications
Are applying guidance to a child under the age of 12
Acupressure and pressure point techniques involve applying physical pressure to specific areas of the body. Improper application may result in bruising, discomfort, or aggravation of an existing condition. Always:
Apply gentle, gradual pressure — never force or cause pain
Discontinue immediately if you feel sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness
Avoid applying pressure directly over open wounds, bruises, varicose veins, or inflamed skin
Do not use pressure point therapy as a substitute for emergency medical care
Supervise children at all times when following App guidance
If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
Acculy Cured, its owners, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information provided in this App. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
By using Acculy Cured, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Health Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
