INTRODUCTION

Our privacy policy is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how the Accrete "Smart Community" app collects and utilizes information. In instances where we refer to the Accrete "Smart Community" app using terms such as "we," "our," or "us," we are alluding to Accrete Technology (S) Pte Ltd, the company behind the provision of the Services. The term "Services" encompasses both our Accrete "Smart Community" mobile application and web application. The following sections will outline the details of the information we collect and receive. 

1. Collection of Personal Data:

We collect personal data that you provide when you sign up or log in to the App. This may include but is not limited to your name, address, contact number, and email. Additionally, as part of our visitor management system, we may collect the names, contact numbers, and/or email addresses of visitors you register within the residential development.

2. Purpose of Collection:

Your personal data is collected and used for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

• Creating and managing your user account.

• Facilitating key collection appointments and facility bookings.

• Providing you with important updates, notifications, and information relevant to the housing project.

• Responding to your inquiries and requests.

• Conducting analysis to improve our services and enhance user experience.

• Managing visitor access within the residential development for security and safety purposes.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data:

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. As part of our operations, we may share personal data with external parties, including property developers, managing agents and data intermediaries like system integrators for the Purposes. These entities are bound by obligations to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with the PDPA. We may also disclose personal data to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies as required by law.

4. Data Protection and Security:

We place a paramount emphasis on the protection and security of your personal data. We have implemented robust measures to ensure that your data remains safeguarded against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our commitment to data protection includes, but is not limited to, the following: Encryption: We utilize encryption protocols to secure the transmission of your data between your device and our servers, ensuring that your information remains confidential. Access Controls: Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and entities (“Authorized Parties”) solely for the Purposes outlined in this policy. Stringent access controls are in place to prevent unauthorized access. Data Minimization: We only collect and retain the personal data necessary to fulfil the Purposes defined in this policy. Unnecessary data is not collected, thereby minimizing potential risks. Regular Audits: We conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our data protection measures. Any vulnerabilities or issues identified are promptly addressed to maintain a high level of security. Employee Training: Our employees undergo comprehensive training to understand the importance of data protection and the protocols required to ensure its implementation. Relevant training extends to data intermediaries engaged in the process and Authorized Parties. Data Breach Notification: In the unfortunate event of a data breach or incident, we have established incident response protocols to swiftly address and mitigate any potential impact. We will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law if such an incident occurs.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the Purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws. When your data is no longer needed, it will be securely disposed of or anonymized.

• Withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data for any of the Purposes. However, depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent, it may mean that we will not be able to continue providing the services of the App to you.
