Call for Proposals

Proposals are for the following format:

Concurrent sessions: 45 minutes (please allow 5 minutes for Q&A)

We welcome proposals from members of the college and university sector across Canada who are working to foster an accessible campus. We want to hear about your challenges, triumphs and innovative solutions to address accessibility.

For our inaugural year, we are especially interested in proposals that consider:

• Accessible formats and captioning
• Assistive technology on campus
• Incorporating accessibility into User Experience
• Copyright and the Marrakesh Treaty
• Physical spaces
• Making our learning/research services accessible

All submissions will be evaluated based on the relevance of the topic and potential to advance accessibility for our campuses. Registration fees will be waived for accepted presenters.
