Emefa Tagboto is currently studying a MSc in Human Resources and Organizations at the London School of Economics and Political Science, previously completing her Bachelor's in Canada. She was diagnosed with a severe hearing loss at the age of 13, with an idiopathic cause. Last year she attended Google's Disability Conference (DisCO) and felt empowered to speak about disabilities, accessibility, and inclusivity, especially within workplaces. As vice-president of the Human Resources Society, she saw this as a avenue to bring to her university, and has decided to try to become an advocate for inclusivity in this small way.
