- You must produce your own passport that is valid for at least 12 months.
- Your passport must be in good condition, clean and have at least 5 clear pages.
- Your passport must not carry a Israeli Visa.
- You must carry a 'Full License' that is valid for at least 12 months.
- You are required to obtain a Police clearance from any Police Station at a fee of FJD58.10 paid directly to Police that is addressed to P.O.Box 17650, Suva.
- You are required to obtain a clearance to travel, from the Department of Immigration, Suva, Fiji. This clearance is immediately issued at a fee of FJD13.00 (View map)
View medical clearance information
- HIV & Hepatitis B test results can be obtained from either CWMH Blood Department or at the Ministry of Health Service department next to Bailey Clinic in Suva.
- Note that this Blood Test is not the same as the Medical Clearance by our company doctor.
- You are required to bring to the office 10 passport size photos.
- You are required to send us latest full body size photos (side and front). This can be emailed or captured at the office.
- Your are required to send us a coloured scanned copy of your FNPF FRCS Joint Card.
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate IF married or dissolution of marriage IF divorced.
- TIN Letter.
- Academic and/or training certificates.
- Copies of work references.
- Character reference.
- Correct referee information and valid contact.
Your application will be immediately rejected when we receive reports or discover:
- 1. Unpresentable dress code, behaviour and/or attitude towards office staff.
- 2. Misinformation and/or deception.
- 3. Unstable mental response.
- 4. Report of any act of domestic violence.
- 5. Report of any act of abuse towards women and children.
- 6. Swearing and/or immature behaviour within the office premises.
- 7. You do not have clear personal goals.
- 8. Evidence of discrimination against race, culture and/or religion.
- 9. Lack of personal hygiene.
- 10. Hearing problem.
