ACCESS Dance is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) adaptive dance program for children and adults with disabilities. Access is designed especially for people who may need special attention in order to fully experience the joy of movement, self-expression and the therapeutic benefits of dance.

ACCESS is one of the largest and longest running adaptive dance programs in the country. Our program is led by a former professional dancer with a background in developmental psychology and behavioral therapy. It has been specially developed to increase attention span, emotional regulation, social skills, mind body connection, coordination and confidence. The program teaches many styles of dance including hip hop, jazz, contemporary, ballet, meditation and conditioning. Access offers group classes as well as one-to-one and semi-private lessons. All participants have the opportunity to perform on stage and participate in community events that promote inclusion. Based in Sacramento area Rocklin, CA.
