You get a lifetime license for one computer only. This does not require subscription. No subscriptions, no monthly fees. If you have changed the computer, you will need a new license for a new computer. If you just reinstall the system on your current computer, you can activate the current license again and it will work fine.

Can I adjust the power of my reader myself?

Yes, we provide a free application for independent adjustment of readers. You can change the power, frequency (only UHF ranges), change the IP address and port of the reader, change the password / binding code.

Improving the quality of reading, tag detection.

You must follow the instructions exactly, placing the system properly. This greatly improves reading power. Each antenna has a built-in position sensor and its own radiation pattern. Instructions for using devices are designed to be used, not ignored. There are different ways to place antennas for various solutions, for anti-theft, for access control and for smart shelves. Just follow the instructions provided.

The quality of reading tags.

You must understand that there are no universal tags for every application. Indeed, the quality of reading different types of tags may differ depending on the manufacturer and purpose of the tags (for liquid, for metal surfaces, for fabric, for anti-tamper, for regular using etc.). How can I connect readers to software and computer?

In order to connect the reader to the computer, you need a license reader for each reader.

How can I change the IP address of the reader?

You can change the IP address and port of the reader. We provide a free application. IP addresses and ports of each reader must be different and differ from each other. Important: do not ping the readers without a specialized application, you can reset the factory settings and need to return the reader to us to restore. At the time of setting up IP addresses, all other IP devices must be disconnected from the computer and router physically, as this creates interference when setting up the IP address of the reader.

What model of the reader I need to choose and set up in the tabs in the settings?

Each reader corresponds to its own firmware and configuration.

I get issue from SQL server?

Make sure you are using an activated Windows license from Microsoft. Follow the instructions: open task manager > services > find all SQL services > stop them. Restart your computer. Continue work with the software. See screenshots.

Can I use a license for another computer?

The licensed file is available only for the computer on which you installed software. You cannot use this file on another computer. Software license is attached to the computer motherboard.

I reinstalled Windows OS, how can I restore the program and license?

You have the same computer and did not change the motherboard, you can again download software from our web site for free and use the previous license file. Software will work fine.

I get an SQL server error when installing software.

Just activate the license for your Windows, check the license of your Windows, stop the SQL service and reboot your computer. Contact your system administrator or to our technical support service to get help through a remote session.

How many readers can I connect in the system at the same time?

You can connect additional readers to the common network how much you wish, unlimited, scaling your system.

Can I add tags to the stand-alone system myself? How many tags can I add?

Yes, you can add tags to the stand-alone system yourself using the desktop encoder and our free app. You can add an unlimited number of tags.
If you decide to change your password code to another, you need to restart the application again, close and open it again.

How can I deactivate a tag in a stand-alone system?

You can deactivate the tag using the desktop encoder. If the tag is lost or stolen, you will have to deactivate your main reader again by resetting all tags and reactivating with authorized tags.

How can I connect a desktop reader / encoder for a stand-alone system?

You need to follow the instructions as here in the video.

My computer does not recognize USB desktop encoder.

Just install this driver and try again to find the connected com port.

Can I connect a standalone antenna-reader to computer software system?

Yes, you can connect the antenna-reader to the computer (TCP/IP, Ethernet connection) and software at your desire. You just need to buy a license for computer software and a license for each antenna-reader.

Can I use the reader as stand-alone and with computer software at the same time?

No, this cannot work simultaneously in two options! This cannot work and be autonomous and work with computer software at the same time. The system can operate either only as a stand-alone or as a software system only (TCP/IP communication).

Can I save my database and transfer it to another computer?

Yes, you can copy and transfer your configuration and data to another computer. In order to do this, contact your Microsoft SQL Server database specialist or with our technical support service.
