Stroke

A stroke, or "brain attack," is a medical emergency occurring when blood flow to part of the brain is blocked (ischemic) or a blood vessel in the brain bursts (hemorrhagic), causing brain cells to die from lack of oxygen and nutrients. It results in sudden, often lasting neurological deficits, including paralysis, speech issues, or cognitive decline.
