Any student going into the 8th grade through any Senior that is just graduating high school.

It definitely helps if the campers have some understanding of music, but they do not have to currently be enrolled in their school's choral program. We understand that electives and credits can sometimes dictate what students are able to fit in their schedules.

Absolutely! When you are registering your child, make sure each camper lists their friend as their roommate preference which will guarantee they will placed together.

Check-in times fluctuate year to year. However, all of the important information like drop-off times will be in our camper packet, which should be sent to your primary email address about two weeks prior the beginning of camp.

ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO BRING CHECKLIST:

• ALL MEDICAL FORMS, COMPLETED AND SIGNED 

• ANY MEDICATIONS INDICATED ON THE MEDICAL FORMS (meds to be administered will be checked in with the nurses at registration and should not be packed in the camper’s luggage)

• PAYMENT FOR BALANCE DUE BY CASH, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER’S CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD (No personal checks will be accepted. Credit/Debit transactions will incur a 3.13% service charge.)

• REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE LABELED WITH THE CAMPER’S NAME

• PHONE/ALARM CLOCK

• PHONE CHARGER

• BED SHEETS, PILLOW, PILLOW CASE (dorm mattresses are XL twin sized)

• BLANKET(S)

• BATH TOWELS & WASHCLOTHS

Please list any food allergies on your registration form or email us at accchoircamp@gmail.com and let us know if your camper has any food allegies that will need to be addressed with the cafeteria dining staff. 

Unfortunately, no! We do not currently offer any financial assistance. We highly recommend you reach out to your camper's choir teacher or school to see if their are any scholarship or fundraising opportunities available to help fund their camp tuition.
