ACC 2024 CAMP TUITION - $560

Please be sure to include the camper's name with your payment.

Deposits need to be paid or postmarked by June 15th.

Camper's remaining tuition balance will only be accepted during registration check-in when they arrive to camp. We will accept cash, cashiers checks, and money orders. Credit and debit cards will be accepted, however, there will be a 3.13% upcharge on all credit or debit transactions.

Lost Room Key Fee : There will not be a key deposit required this year. Loss of a room key will result in a $75.00 charge at check-out. Loss of a card access key will be $10.00 due at check-out.

2024 ARKANSAS ALL-STATE CHOIR MEMBERS / 2024 SWACDA SELECT CHOIR MEMBERS

CAMP SCHOLARSHIP

A discount of $50.00 will be applied. Rosters of both choirs will be checked for accuracy. Scholarships cannot be used as a deposit. Only one discount will be honored in the event that you make both the Arkansas High School All-State Choir and/or a SWACDA Graded Honor Choir.

(Please note these honor choirs are different than the All-Region Choir)

Rooming

All rooms this year will be double occupancy. The assigned dormitories will have shared communal bathrooms on each floor. All roommate requests or changes must be made by June 15, 2024. All parties must be registered and accepted by this date. (If you do not make a roommate request, we try to match you with a camper from your school. If you are the only camper from your school, we will match you with a camper from another school near your same grade level.)
