The ACC 2026 Workshop on Autonomy in Transportation: Emerging Challenges in multi-agent planning and control is soliciting posters! Those interested are invited to submit a short and/or recently submitted paper as context for the content of a proposed poster. Further information about the submission process and timeline are below.
Overview: The ACC 2026 Workshop on Autonomy in Transportation: Emerging Challenges in multi-agent planning and control actively solicits posters to be presented during the workshop. Submissions of poster proposals should describe the context of the poster and its relation to theory, applications, or attempts to improve efficiency in existing modeling techniques of autonomous transportation systems. When applicable, the proposal should reference or attach the presenter's relevant work(s), which may include those to be presented as part of the regular 2026 ACC program or other upcoming conferences. We further welcome submissions that report on work in progress or that do not fit the style of a typical conference paper.
Formatting instructions: Please style submissions of 6 pages or fewer in the standard ACC paper format. For more information and a template, please see https://ieeecss.org/publication/transactions-control-network-systems/information-authors.

Submission deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026
Review process: Every submission will be judged by the organizers based on topical relevance, technical quality, and clarity of presentation.Â
Presentation: Accepted submissions will be presented as posters, and will be posted online for general viewing. For each submission, we expect at least one author to attend the workshop in person and present the work. However, authors may explain any anticipated issues regarding in-person attendance in a brief cover note accompanying their submission.
Dual submissions: We allow submissions that are in some form simultaneously submitted to or accepted at the ACC 2026 conference or other conferences, provided that those conference venues allow for posters submitted to be available for public viewing in "informal" ways (e.g. on proceedings or websites without associated ISSN/ISBN).
Conference and Workshop Registration: Poster presenters are strongly encouraged to register for this workshop when completing their general registration for ACC. Per conference rules, those who choose not to register will not be allowed to attend the other events and talks of the workshop.
