• Account Credentials: Your mobile number (verified via OTP) is used solely for secure authentication.

• Profile Details: Your Name and Email are used to identify your user profile within the App.

• Project & Asset Data: When you use the "Post an Asset" feature, we collect a description of your digital project, category (e.g., YouTube, BGMI), and screenshots for documentation purposes.

B. Technical Data

• System Metadata: We collect device model and OS version to ensure app stability and compatibility.

• Regional Service Verification (Optional):

  • Purpose: Our services are currently restricted to users located within India. We may request approximate location access to verify service availability and prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent activity from outside our supported region.

  • User Control: This permission is optional. If you choose not to allow location access, the app’s core documentation features remain fully functional.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & COORDINATION

To provide users with real-time assistance regarding their digital projects, the App includes interfaces for External Support Channels.

• User-Initiated Activity: All external communication is initiated manually by the user.

• Data Boundary: No user data is automatically exported, transferred, or shared by the App with third-party messaging services.

• Third-Party Policies: Once a user chooses to leave the App to use an external communication channel, the privacy policy of that specific service provider applies.

4. DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data during transit and storage.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent user data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

• Retention: Data is kept only as long as your account is active.

• Deletion: You may permanently delete your data via Account Settings > Delete My Account.

• Purge Timeline: Upon deletion, all associated user data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. No additional data is required to process this request.

6. ELIGIBILITY

The App is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
