These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Account Book macOS application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Account Book, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Account Book is a personal and business accounting tool that allows users to:

• Track income and expenses

• Manage customers

• Create and manage invoices

• Generate reports (Pro features)

3. Free and Pro Features

Free Version

• Limited to a maximum number of transactions (e.g., 10)

• Access to core features (dashboard, transactions, customers, settings)

Pro Version

• Unlocks invoices, reports, and advanced features

• Removes transaction limits

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are handled by Apple via StoreKit

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings

We do not control billing or refunds — these are handled by Apple.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app lawfully

• Ensure accuracy of financial data entered

• Maintain backups of your data

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to device failure

• Incorrect financial records or decisions

6. Data Ownership

• You fully own all data entered into the app

• We do not access, store, or control your data

7. Limitation of Liability

Account Book is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses

• Business decisions made using the app

• Data loss or corruption

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and code are owned by Account Book and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features

• Restrict access if terms are violated

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
