These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Account Book macOS application.
By downloading or using Account Book, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Account Book is a personal and business accounting tool that allows users to:
Track income and expenses
Manage customers
Create and manage invoices
Generate reports (Pro features)
Limited to a maximum number of transactions (e.g., 10)
Access to core features (dashboard, transactions, customers, settings)
Unlocks invoices, reports, and advanced features
Removes transaction limits
Payments are handled by Apple via StoreKit
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings
We do not control billing or refunds — these are handled by Apple.
You agree to:
Use the app lawfully
Ensure accuracy of financial data entered
Maintain backups of your data
We are not responsible for:
Data loss due to device failure
Incorrect financial records or decisions
You fully own all data entered into the app
We do not access, store, or control your data
Account Book is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
Financial losses
Business decisions made using the app
Data loss or corruption
All app content, design, and code are owned by Account Book and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
We reserve the right to:
Update, modify, or discontinue features
Restrict access if terms are violated
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
