Prices and conditions

We offer or house in 2 price categories:

1) with use of the masterbedroom with access to the complete bathroom (max 2 guests). The second smaller bedroom will be closed up.

min 3 nights     230,- € (1 BDR - up to 2 Guests) 

1 week         510,- € (1 BDR - up to 2 Guests)  

2 weeks              910,- € (1 BDR - up to 2 Guests) 

2) with use of both bedrooms (max 4 guests)

min 3 nights      320,- €   (2 BDR - max 4 guests)

1 week           700,- €   (2 BDR -  max 4 Guests)

2 weeks            1250,- €  (2 BDR -  max 4 Guests)

Prices include 

taxes, final cleaning, utilities, linen, towels and kitchen towels (weekly changed), WiFi. 

Internet in Wi-Fi with web pocket for free - limited by 3 GB per day.

Prices do not include:

Pets: are welcome! 3,-€ per day/ 18,-€ per week. Please note that the garden is not completely fenced!

Final cleaning: 30,- € per stay

Tourism tax: 1,- € p/P  (max 5,- € p/P). No tourism tax for children under 14 y.o.  The total amount will be paid on spot cash.

Booking: To confirm your booking we ask for a 20% payment in advance per bank transfer. The rest of the rental price can be paid 3 days before the check in day via bank transfer or cash on spot.

Cancelation terms

1. Cancelation made up to 60 days before the check in day: 20% down payment will be transfered back and nothing more will be due.

2. Cancelation made starting 59 days before check in day: 20% down payment will not transferred back and no extra penalty to pay.

HOUSE RULES

Renting this house was not a simple decision to take. This is "our" place where so many things remind us the past decades. Even if surely imperfect and not exactly "up-to-date" we still love it and live this house personally from time to time. We simply expect you to respect our home and what you will find in it - even if many little things can seem unuseful, stupid or worthless to you.   

Moreover 4 little rules:

1. Smoking is not allowed in house. Please, if you can't do without, just smoke in the garden and please collect your cigarette butts in the ashtray!
   
   

2. This is a very quite place! No parties, no loud music.
   
   

3. Pets are welcome! Even if you are in the countryside, please collect your pet's feces and remove them from the garden.

4. It can happen that something get broken. It is not a problem, but we beg you to say it promptly! Do not simply buy something just to replace: just say it so we have enough time to replace it before other guests arrive.
