We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers who contribute to the platform. Your efforts will help ensure the platform operates smoothly, grows its community, and achieves its mission of fostering collaboration and innovation in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteer Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and attract passionate volunteers for various roles, including developers, content creators, moderators, and outreach specialists.
Onboarding and Training: Guide new volunteers through onboarding, introduce them to the platform’s mission, and provide training for their specific roles.
Management and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing questions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed.
Scheduling and Coordination: Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure volunteers meet deadlines and contribute effectively.
Retention and Recognition: Build strong relationships with volunteers, recognize their contributions, and create a positive volunteer experience.
Outreach: Collaborate with universities, organizations, and social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in volunteer management, recruitment, or team coordination (preferred).
Passion for education, finance, and community building.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of volunteers.
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or other collaboration tools (a plus).

In this role, you will craft engaging, informative, and inspiring content to support our mission of connecting the finance community and providing valuable resources to users. Your work will help drive awareness, spark collaboration, and inspire meaningful discussions on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear, compelling content on finance-related topics such as fintech, stock analysis, real estate, AI in finance, and more.
Create blog posts, articles, FAQs, guides, and other written resources for the platform.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and align content with the platform’s mission.
Research and stay updated on trends and news in finance to create relevant and timely content.
Edit and proofread your work to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the platform’s voice.
Qualifications:
Passion for finance, writing, and collaboration.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
Basic research skills to gather credible information and insights.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Previous writing experience (e.g., blogs, academic work, or professional content) is a plus but not required.
