Team travel costs - dependant on where teams decide to go but normally includes costs to Vancouver Island and Okanagan events (approx $250/trip to cover team and coaches costs). Trips involving airfare for team and coaches will be more.
Nationals - in the $700-1000 range (includes $1600 entrance fee, along with team travel to the event, hotel and car costs along with coaches expenses)
Balltime membership approx $125 - this is heavily used coaching tool used by coaches and the players use this extensively to create hightlight reels and match videos for recruitment purposes.

What is the philosophy on playing time?
Playing time is primarily determined by the coach, but the overarching philosophy of Academy Volleyball Club is to develop athletes and elevate their volleyball experience. For U12-14 teams, fair play is mandated at VBC events, ensuring equitable playing opportunities. For U15-18 teams, playing time is at the coach’s discretion and may vary based on the specific circumstances of each match and event.
