▍報名方式
1. 線上填寫報名表之「個人基本資料」
2. 下載「個人簡歷表」，填寫完成email至 lize.puppet.academy@gmail.com，信件主旨請標示「國際偶戲職人學校申請_姓名」
★ 提醒您，需同時完成線上的「個人基本資料」， 並下載填寫「個人簡歷表」寄出，才算完成所有報名程序。
▍課程班別
共分【綜合班】、【操偶班】及【製偶班】三類型班別。
可單一報名【操偶班】、【製偶班】，或報名【綜合班】所有課程全程參與。
▍招生對象
年滿18歲，不限應屆畢業生或在職工作者。（學生身分須附推薦函）
對表演藝術有興趣之人士、偶戲藝術高度喜愛者。
▍招生名額
「操偶班」、「製偶班」滿8人即開課，每班至多15人。
▍招生時間（以下為第三屆時間）
2026/08/01-09/10：第一階段報名受理
2026/09/30：錄取名單公告與通知
2026/10/01-10/15：第二階段報名受理
（註：如第一階段名額已滿，本階段將不予開放）
2026/10/30：錄取名單公告與通知
▍錄取通知
採取書面資料審查，將於9月30日 （第二梯次10月30日）於官網公告，並發送錄取通知。
⚠️ 重要：錄取通知發送後10個工作天（10/15前）須完成繳費，逾期視同放棄。
◆ 本課程以中文授課，可提供學員英文講義。

▍Application

Download the "Personal Resume Form," complete it, and email it to: lize.puppet.academy@gmail.com
Please use "2027 IAPA_Application_Name" as the email subject line.
★ Please note that the application process is not complete until you have filled out this Basic Information form, downloaded and completed the “Personal Resume Form,” and submitted it.
▍Classes available
Three classes are available: Puppet Manipulation Class, Puppet-making Class and Comprehensive Class
Students can apply for a Puppet Manipulation Class or a Puppet-making class only, or apply for a Comprehensive Class to attend both classes.
▍Who can apply
Anyone who is at least 18 years old, not limited to fresh graduates or working professionals. (A letter of recommendation is required for students.)
Those who are interested in performing arts and puppetry.
▍Enrollment cap
The Puppet Manipulation Class and Puppet Making Class require a minimum of 8 students and can accommodate a maximum of 15 students per class.

Review of Written Applications: Admission results will be announced on the official website, and successful applicants will receive acceptance notifications by September 30 for the first round and October 30 for the second round.
Payment must be completed within 10 business days of receiving the acceptance notification and no later than October 15. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be considered a withdrawal from the program.

費用含「專業研修課程」學費、基礎製偶材料費、學員保險。
2028年學費包含「畢業成果展」之基本材料費，如使用進階材料，將依課堂公告進行收費。
學費可採分期付款：單選課程分3期、綜合課程分6期。

All fees include tuition for “Professional Training”, basic puppet-making material fees and insurance.
Tuition for 2028 includes basic materials for the Graduation Project. Additional fees for advanced or specialized materials will be charged separately, as indicated in the relevant course announcements.
Tuition can be paid in installments: 3 installments for the single class and 6 installments for the comprehensive class.

餐食與住宿為自選項目，請於填寫線上報名表時進行選填。
課程期間供應午餐、晚餐（每週五僅提供午餐）。
偶戲村宿舍提供學員特別優惠價，房型為「多人通舖」、「共用衛浴」之空間，預約住宿前請先詳閱「偶戲村住宿手冊」之相關規定及設備說明，並於入住前簽訂切結書 。

Meals and accommodation are optional. Please indicate your preferences when completing the online application form.
Lunch and dinner will be available during the program. Lunch will be provided on Fridays.
Special accommodation rates are available at the Puppet Art Colony. The dormitory provides basic accommodation with beds only. Separate shared rooms are arranged for male and female participants, with shared bathroom facilities. Please review the Puppet Art Colony Accommodation Guide before making a reservation.

報名資料如填寫不完整者將不予受理，敬請留意。
本學程之講師授課為中文，提供英文講義。
完成繳費者，若有特殊狀況需取消報名，經校方核可後，11月15日（二）前取消，退費90%，12月15日（四）前取消退費50%，12月15日之後取消者不予退費。
本課程強調全體師生深度互動學習，主辦單位保留課程內容異動之權利。若有更動將以主辦單位公告為主。
課程期間學員將體驗偶戲村「生活/勞動/創作」大家族式的生活方式，因此學生將輪流擔任值日生，負責清潔工作。課程中學員也將分組協助教材教具的整理工作。
本課程將進行攝影、錄影、錄音，凡參與此課程表示您同意授權「利澤國際偶戲藝術村」將相關課程影音做為教學紀錄及宣傳使用。

If you have completed the payment but need to cancel your application under special circumstances, a 90% refund will be issued if you cancel before November 15, a 50% refund if you cancel before December 15, and no refund for any cancellations made after December 15.
The program emphasizes interactive learning and close collaboration between instructors and participants. To respond effectively to participants’ learning needs, the Academy reserves the right to make adjustments to the instructor team. Any changes will be announced during the program.
During classes, students will experience the "live/work/create together" lifestyle of a large family at the Puppet Art Colony. Therefore, students will take turns being on duty and responsible for cleaning. Students will also be divided into groups to help organize class materials.
Classes will be photographed, videotaped and audio recorded. By participating in the Academy, you agree to authorize Lize Puppet Art Colony to use the video and audio of the classes as a record of the classes and for advertising and promotional purposes.
