▎入學辦法 Application Information

▍報名方式

標示信件主旨「國際偶戲職人學校申請_姓名』。

▍課程班別

1. 共分【操偶班】、【製偶班】及【綜合班】三類型班別。
2. 可單一報名【操偶班】、【製偶班】，報名【綜合班】則兩項課程全程參與。

▍招生對象

年滿18歲，不限應屆畢業生或在職工作者。（學生須附推薦函）
對表演藝術有興趣之人士、偶戲藝術高度喜愛者。

▍招生名額

「操偶班」：滿8人即開課，每班至多12人。

「製偶班」：滿8人即開課，每班至多12人

▍錄取通知

以書面資料審查，將於9月30日前發送錄取通知。
錄取通知發送後7個工作天內須完成繳費，逾期視同放棄。

◆ 本課程以中文授課，可提供學員英文講義。
The courses will be taught by instructors in Chinese. English handouts are available.

▍Application

Fill out the application form and email it to lize.puppet@gmail.com.
Put "International Academy of Puppet Arts Application_Name" in the subject line.

▍Classes available

Three classes are available: Puppet Manipulation Class, Puppet-making Class and Comprehensive Class
Students can apply for a Puppet Manipulation Class or a Puppet-making class only, or apply for a Comprehensive Class to attend both classes.

▍Who can apply?

Anyone who is at least 18 years old, not limited to fresh graduates or working professionals. (A letter of recommendation is required for students.)
Those who are interested in performing arts and puppetry.

▍Enrollment cap (Second Generation)

“Puppet Manipulation Class” and “Puppet-making Class” start with 8 students, with a maximum of 15 students per class, a total of 30 students.

▍Notification of Acceptance

Review will be based on written application. Notification of acceptance will be sent before September 30.
Payment must be made within 10 business days after the notification, or the acceptance will be void.

備註

餐食與住宿為選擇項目，將於錄取通知時進行選填。
課程期間供應午餐、晚餐，早餐需自理。（每週一～四午晚餐、週五午餐）
住宿費為偶校學生特別優惠，房型為男女分房通舖及共用衛浴。

Notes

Meal and accommodation are optional add-ons. Please check on the application form.
Lunch and dinner will be served during the program. Breakfast is on your own. (Lunch and dinner are provided every Monday through Thursday, and lunch is provided on Fridays.)
The accommodation fee is a special offer for Academy students. Rooms are all-male or all-female, with shared bathrooms.

▎注意事項 Important Notes

報名資料如填寫不完整者將不予受理，敬請留意。
本學程之講師授課為中文，提供英文講義。
完成繳費者，若有特殊狀況需取消報名，經校方核可後，11月15日（二）前取消，退費90%，12月15日（四）前取消退費70%，12月15日之後取消者不予退費。
本課程強調全體師生深度互動學習，主辦單位保留課程內容異動之權利。若有更動將以主辦單位公告為主。
課程期間學員將體驗偶戲村「生活/勞動/創作」大家族式的生活方式，因此學生將輪流擔任值日生，負責清潔工作。課程中學員也將分組協助教材教具的整理工作。
本課程將進行攝影、錄影、錄音，凡參與此課程表示您同意授權「利澤國際偶戲藝術村」將相關課程影音做為教學紀錄及宣傳使用。
Please note that incomplete applications will not be accepted.

If you have completed the payment but need to cancel your application under special circumstances, a 90% refund will be issued if you cancel before November 15, a 70% refund if you cancel before December 15, and no refund for any cancellations made after December 15.
The program emphasizes in-depth interactive learning for all students and instructors. The Academy reserves the right to change the course content. Any changes will be announced by the Academy.
During classes, students will experience the "live/work/create together" lifestyle of a large family at the Puppet Art Colony. Therefore, students will take turns being on duty and responsible for cleaning. Students will also be divided into groups to help organize class materials.
Classes will be photographed, videotaped and audio recorded. By participating in the Academy, you agree to authorize Lize Puppet Art Colony to use the video and audio of the classes as a record of the classes and for advertising and promotional purposes.
