The Academy of Folklore and Latin Rhythms has the goal of providing positive cultural activities to our community regardless of age, language, religion or nationality, as well as giving them the opportunity to discover the talents that God has given us through dance, music and arts and be able to use them to be a blessing and influence our community in a positive and creative way.
Folklore carries as its meaning wisdom of the people that's how, through music and dance, the people tell their stories and traditions which are inherited from generation to generation. In this way folklore stays alive and never goes out of style, since it transforms as the generations advance and become culturally richer.
La Academia de Folklore y Ritmos Latinos tiene la meta de proveer atividades culturales positivas a la comunidad sin importar la edad, idioma, religion o nacionalidad, asi como darles la oportunidad de descubrir los talentos y habilidades que Dios nos ha dado a traves del baile, la musica y las artes, para usarlas como una bendicion e influencia en nuestra comunidad de manera creativa y saludable.
Folklore significa la sabiduria del pueblo y es asi como, a traves de la musica y el baile, las personas cuentan sus historias y tradiciones las cuales son heredadas de generación en generación. Asi es como el Folklore se mantiene vivo y nunca pasa de moda.
