We combine the most essential and effective elements of classical pedagogy, Shalva Amonashvili’s humanistic pedagogy, the approaches of Sukhomlynsky, Makarenko, Shchetinin, Waldorf pedagogy by Steiner, Montessori, and modern democratic schools.
Our core method is the Synthesis of Knowledge – instead of the traditional class-lesson system, we use collective learning combined with individual programs (an original method developed by Trach–Suslov, “Synthesis of Knowledge”).
