Data Deletion Policy

At AcademixStore, your privacy is our priority. This page explains what data we collect and how you can request its deletion.

🔹 Data We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, profile details
  
  

• Library Data: Saved e-books, reading progress, bookmarks
  
  

• Usage Data: App activity, crash reports, performance analytics
  
  

• Device Information: Device type, OS version, identifiers (non-sensitive)
  
  

🔹 How to Request Data Deletion

1. In-App Option
   
   

   • Deleting your AcademixStore account from Settings → Account → Delete Account will also delete your personal data.
     
     

2. Email Request
   
   

   • Send an email to academixstore2025@gmail.com with the subject:
     “Delete My Data”
     
     

🔹 Retention Policy

• Upon deletion, most of your data is immediately removed from our systems.
  
  

• Some records (such as financial transactions and invoices) may be retained for legal and tax compliance.
  
  

• Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be fully removed.
