Academica offers a $150 referral bonus for any employee who refers a teacher who is ultimately hired.
Exceptional schools deserve exceptional teachers. Help recruit top talent and play a direct role in shaping the future of our schools!
TO PARTICIPATE:
Invite teachers you know to attend an Academica recruitment fair or apply directly to one of our schools.
Fill out the referral form on the Academica Nevada Website under “Current Employees.” This must be done BEFORE the person gets a job offer.
If the person is ultimately hired, you will receive the $150 bonus!
OTHER GUIDELINES:
If multiple people refer the same teacher, the person who referred the teacher first will receive the bonus.
The referral must be a new hire to an Academica-managed school. (Internal transfers do not qualify.)
The referral must be hired as a licensed teacher or administrator to be eligible.
The bonuses will be issued on the second pay cycle in September for new hires who begin that new school year.
Recruitment is ongoing! If you help recruit for an open position at any time, you can qualify for the bonus.
