Julie Holgate, LPC has a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology; Counseling from the University of Baltimore. Julie has 16 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children with a focus on relationships and family concerns as well as depression and anxiety. The therapeutic focus of therapy is not only working on coping with difficulties in life, but building a positive sense of self for the achievement of future goals and aspirations.
Mrs. Holgate’s clinical experiences include specialized work with children and adolescents, helping them to learn necessary communication and problem-solving skills to promote successful moments in life. Julie’s clinical proficiencies include behavior modification, developing healthy and productive social skills and integrating these changes to all areas of their life including home, school, and their social communities.
