• We use third-party tools like Meta, Firebase and Customer.io for event tracking, push notifications, and personalized communications. 

6.  Push Notifications and Communication  

• By using our Services, you consent to receiving push notifications, emails, and in-app messages related to updates, features, and other relevant content.

• Currently, you can manage your notification preferences by following the unsubscribe or preference links provided in emails we send you (such as the welcome email).

7.  Apple Standard EULA  For users downloading our app through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

8.  Termination  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. 

9.  Limitation of Liability  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academi AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
