Design Submissions

 There are some guidelines to follow when creating your designs, so make sure to consider the following before you submit yours:

The deadline to enter a design ends on December 10, at 9:30 pm 

• Must create two identical designs, one containing the words “Alberta Climbing 2027”, and the other containing “Alberta Climbing” as well as “Team 2027” (see example at bottom of page)

• Must have appropriate content, both for younger audiences and to appear professional

• Designs using PNG or vector file types are preferred, however JPEG files will also be accepted. Anything else will be turned down

• Only ACA athletes are eligible to submit a design

• Please ensure submissions are high resolution and high quality, because your design may be considered invalid if it is not of good enough quality. Those submitting hand-drawn designs should take special note of this concern

• With physical hand-drawn entries, you must scan them in order to upload them (taking a picture of the design will not work)

• Each artist will be limited to just a single submission

• Designs that have been created with the use of artificial intelligence will be turned down

• It is not necessary to include the ACA logo in your design, as it will be displayed on the front of the hoodie with the winning design on the back

• Climbing or Alberta elements are strongly encouraged, but not necessary
