AC Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") places great importance on the personal information of users while providing the service for Defend the Tower (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), and complies with relevant laws and the regulations of Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Information Collected and Method of Collection

The Game may automatically collect the following information to ensure smooth service provision and to save game play data:

• Device and Play Information: Device ID, Operating System (OS) version, in-game progress (coins, stages, etc.), and configuration settings.

• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be collected to provide personalized advertisements.

• Local storage (on-device) and recovery of game progress data.

• Verification of purchase history and error handling for the In-App Purchase (IAP) system.

• Delivering optimized rewarded video ads through third-party ad networks such as AdMob.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Game supports in-app purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store. All payment processing and financial data, such as credit card information, are objectively and securely handled within the security systems of the respective app markets (Google/Apple). The Developer does not directly collect or store any financial payment information.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age defined by relevant local laws). If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be immediately deleted.

6. Data Deletion

If a user uninstalls the game app from their device, the game progress data and local data collected and stored internally on the device are destroyed.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in accordance with relevant laws or game updates. If there are significant changes, we will provide objective notice through in-game announcements or update notes.
