Policies

When you bring your horse, we provide sweet feed along with pasture and hay. Any specific feeds or supplements should be provided along with instructions on the feeding schedule by the owner. 

Horses are to enter the premises up to date on deworming and vaccinations. A Coggins and health certificate are required for all out of state horses.

You may request up to one free lesson per week with training. This offer is valid only during your horse's time here. Any additional lessons are $40 per lesson.

You may bring a saddle and pad, and any other tack you want used on your horse. If you have no preferences, our tack will be used.

If you book and pay in advance and cancel your training, you may request a refund within 30 days of the payment date. If you cancel due to injury, illness, or death of the horse, a refund will be issued as long as you have vet documentation of the situation. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to book a training slot. This is deducted from the final price of training. All refunds are at our discretion.

You will receive one video per week, updating you on your horse's progress. Additional photos/videos may be requested.

Close-toed shoes are required at all times. Helmets are recommended but not required. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

No smoking and no dogs on the premises.

Please exercise reasonable caution around horses at all times. No horse is a completely safe horse. Yelling, swearing, running around, throwing things, etc. will not be tolerated.
