This privacy policy was written by sup3rxn3rd for any and all users. Please read the following below for information regarding data and privacy while using any applications that have been developed and released by sup3rxn3rd.

The intent of this privacy policy is to describe how data is, and is not, collected from your device.

What Data is Collected?

The only data that applications will collect is in direct regards to gameplay. Saved progress for games will utilize the internal storage of the user’s device(s). The variable information that is stored does not extend beyond the numerical ranges established in application code. Features such as customization, levels, settings and/or preferences, and accomplishments will be saved as data.

What Data is Not Collected?

No private or personal information is collected from users. The application has no capability of accessing input other than the touchscreen feature, which is primarily for game selection and pressing buttons. The device camera, microphone, keyboard, and/or other means of customizable input are all inactive while the application is open and running. Therefore, your privacy and personal data are not at risk of being shared with third parties due to this application.

Acknowledgment

sup3rxn3rd recognizes that privacy cannot and should not be breached without the consent of the user(s). All applications developed and released by sup3rxn3rd are for the purpose of enjoyment and gameplay only. Hence, there will be no reason for collecting any data from the user(s) that would be private and/or personal.
