Welcome to Abyssal Signal ("the App", "we", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it. We built Abyssal Signal with a simple principle: your game belongs to you, and your data belongs on your device. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices. By installing or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.
2. Information We Collect
Abyssal Signal does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:
• No personal identifiers: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
• No account required: The App does not ask you to register, sign in, or create any form of account.
• No analytics or tracking: The App contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies of any kind. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not participate in any advertising identifier frameworks.
• No network activity: The App makes no runtime network requests. All gameplay, progression, and content operate entirely offline on your device.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
To provide core gameplay features, the App stores the following data locally on your device only:
• Game progress, mission completion, and campaign state
• Deck configurations, unlocked cards, modules, and research upgrades
• Relic inventory, achievements, and archive unlocks
• In-game virtual currency balances (Credits and Research Data), which are earned exclusively through gameplay and have no real-world monetary value
• Settings preferences such as music and effects volume
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to any server, and we have no ability to access it. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed along with it.
4. Virtual Currency Disclosure
Credits and Research Data are virtual in-game currencies that can only be obtained through normal gameplay. They cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or redeemed for any goods or services outside the App. They exist solely to support the game's progression systems.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13, or from anyone. Because the App collects no data at all and operates fully offline, it does not trigger parental consent requirements related to data collection. Parents and guardians may still wish to supervise gameplay sessions as with any interactive entertainment.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates no third-party services. There are no advertising networks, social media integrations, crash-reporting vendors, payment processors, or cloud storage providers involved in the App's operation.
7. Data Security
Since no data is transmitted or stored externally, there is no server-side data that could be breached or misused. Local game data is protected by the standard security mechanisms of the iOS platform, including device encryption and app sandboxing.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All game data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed. You may delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App. Some versions of the App may also offer an in-app option to reset progress. We retain nothing, because we possess nothing.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we ever modify this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be posted on the App's App Store product page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Given the App's offline, data-free design, we do not anticipate material changes, but we commit to transparency if any occur.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data under laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations. Because the App collects no personal data whatsoever, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf.
