What vehicles are available for rent?
We offer Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Coasters, and Buses for both individual and corporate use. Rentals are available with a driver or, in some cases, for self-drive (subject to approval).
How is the rental rate determined?
Our rates are subject to negotiation to ensure they meet your specific requirements. Pricing is based on several factors, including:
Pick-up and drop-off locations
Duration of travel
Type and number of vehicles requested
Frequency or volume of bookings
Unlimited mileage applies within the approved travel area only. Any travel outside the agreed itinerary may result in additional charges.
What is the payment policy?
Full payment must be made at least one day before the rental date. No payment, no booking. Official receipts will be issued upon confirmation of full payment.
How do I pay for my reservation?
Payments can be made in cash payment, bank deposit, or G-Cash.
Is the quoted price final?
Quoted prices are valid only within 1 week from the time of inquiry. After that, rates may change based on availability and updated pricing.
Are there additional charges for extra hours?
Yes. Additional hours beyond the agreed rental duration are charged.
Are side trips allowed?
Side trips not listed in the approved itinerary will incur a charge of ₱600 per additional stop. Please coordinate in advance to avoid unexpected fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
After contract signing: 50% non-refundable
1 week before travel date: 75% cancellation fee
1 day before travel date: 100% cancellation fee
Who is responsible for traffic violations?
Any traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter/driver.
What are the vehicle restrictions?
Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle
Pets are not allowed
Transport of sharp objects, flammable, or explosive materials is strictly prohibited.
Can I request multiple vehicles for a single event or trip?
Yes, we can provide multiple units for events, tours, or large group transportation. Let us know the quantity and vehicle types needed during inquiry.
Do you issue official receipts?
Yes, official receipts are issued upon full payment and confirmation of your booking.
What happens if my payment is delayed?
Late payments may result in the forfeiture of the reservation. Additionally, a 0.25% interest per day applies to overdue balances related to post-trip charges.
Can I modify my travel itinerary after booking?
Itinerary changes may be allowed depending on availability and impact on scheduling. Additional charges may apply for side trips or extended destinations.
Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, all our units are well-maintained and fully air-conditioned for your comfort and convenience.
Do you allow extensions beyond the agreed rental duration?
Yes, but any extension must be coordinated in advance and is subject to availability. Extra hours will be charged based on the vehicle type.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Rescheduling is possible if requested in advance and subject to availability.
Can you accommodate corporate billing?
Yes, we offer corporate billing and invoicing for registered companies, subject to documentation and approved credit terms.
Are drivers included in the rental price?
Yes, the rental rate includes a professional driver, fuel (if specified), and basic service coverage. Tolls, parking fees, and other expenses may be charged separately.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for better vehicle availability and to be eligible for early booking discounts.
