تطبيق «مطعم أبو فريدة» هو تطبيق لعرض قائمة الطعام وبيانات التواصل الخاصة
بالمطعم. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك، وهذه السياسة توضّح بالتفصيل ما هي البيانات التي
يتم جمعها وكيفية استخدامها.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
للزوّار (الاستخدام العادي للتطبيق):
• لا نطلب منك التسجيل ولا ندخل أي بيانات شخصية لتصفّح القائمة.
• لا نجمع الاسم أو رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الموقع الجغرافي.
• لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات. لا نجمع
أي بيانات عن الزوّار إطلاقاً — لا معرّفات الأجهزة ولا سجلّات الاستخدام
ولا أي بيانات إحصائية.
لمسؤولي المطعم (لوحة الإدارة فقط):
• البريد الإلكتروني — لتسجيل الدخول إلى لوحة الإدارة عبر
خدمة Firebase Authentication.
• الصور — الصور التي يختارها المسؤول من معرض الصور لرفعها
كصور لأصناف القائمة أو صور المطعم.
٢. كيف نستخدم البيانات
• عرض قائمة الطعام وبيانات المطعم وتحديثها.
• تأمين الدخول إلى لوحة الإدارة والتحقّق من هوية المسؤول.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض إعلانية.
التطبيق لا يعرض أي إعلانات.
٣. أين تُخزَّن البيانات
تُخزَّن جميع البيانات على خوادم Google Firebase (Cloud
Firestore و Firebase Authentication)، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية
Google المتاحة على:

٤. أذونات التطبيق
• الإنترنت — لتحميل قائمة الطعام والصور.
• البصمة / المصادقة الحيوية — لتأمين دخول المسؤول فقط.
بيانات البصمة تبقى على جهازك ولا يتم إرسالها أو تخزينها لدينا إطلاقاً.
• الوصول إلى الصور — للمسؤول فقط، عند اختيار صورة لرفعها.
٥. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات
شخصية منهم.
٦. حقوقك
بما أننا لا نجمع أي بيانات عن الزوّار، لا توجد بيانات خاصة بك لطلب حذفها.

٧. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

The Abu Farida Restaurant app displays the restaurant's food menu and contact
details. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
1. Data We Collect
For visitors (normal app use):
• No sign-up or personal information is required to browse the menu.
• We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or location.
• The app contains no analytics or tracking tools. No
visitor data is collected whatsoever — no device identifiers, no usage
logs, no statistics.
For restaurant administrators (admin panel only):
• Email address — for signing in via Firebase Authentication.
• Photos — images the administrator selects from their
gallery to upload as menu item or restaurant photos.
2. How We Use Data
• To display and update the menu and restaurant information.
• To secure and authenticate access to the admin panel.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for
advertising. The app contains no advertisements.
3. Where Data Is Stored
All data is stored on Google Firebase servers (Cloud
Firestore and Firebase Authentication), subject to Google's
privacy policy at
policies.google.com/privacy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
4. Permissions
• Internet — to load the menu and images.
• Biometric / fingerprint — to secure admin sign-in only.
Biometric data never leaves your device and is never transmitted or
stored by us.
• Photo access — administrators only, when selecting an
image to upload.
5. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from them.
6. Your Rights
Because no visitor data is collected, there is no personal data of yours
to delete. To request deletion of admin account data, contact us at the
address below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date appears
at the top of this page.
