About ABTSE

All Bengal Talent Search Exam (ABTSE) is an STATE level talent search examination for West Bengal Schools. It is a unique educational measurement and assessment service.

ABTSE is a scientifically designed, skill-based assessment test to get the strengths and weaknesses of individual students.

ABTSE is designed to assess the overall intellectual potential of the students from classes 1 to Gradution.It uses conceptual, multiple-choice questions to assess how well the student comprehended the underlying SKILLS and CONCEPTS of the school curriculum.

ABTSE is a single paper examination, open to all the students of classes 1 to Graduation. The question paper will be comprising questions from Mental & Logical Ability, Mathematics, Science and English.

Online for direct/individual candidates: Open to all the students of classes 1 to Graduation. Any student can participate in ABTSE by registering online. You can participate in this test from the comfort of your home. It would help if you had a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a webcam and live internet connection.

ABTSE provides a platform where students can judge their intellectual potential at the national and international levels. The ABTSE exam is based on the syllabus of CBSE, ICSE and State Boards. Thus, preparing for this exam will be a pre-practice for them for their school exams.

Recognition & Medals

Recognition is the best form of appreciation. Each participating student will get a certificate. The student who scores

80% or above will get a Scholar Certificate along with a Gold Medal and SBS Card

60% to 79.99% will get an Outstanding Performance Certificate along with a Silver Medal and SBS Card

40% to 59.99% will get a Distinguished Performance Certificate along with a Bronze Medal and SBS Card
