Our own yoga teacher, Hizell, is also a creative mindset coach and trainer.
She has designed an online program to go deeper within and connect to WHO YOU ARE and WANT.
Note: this is not a yoga program, though rest assured that a deeper inner connection will be built.

The Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is our connection to the Universe.
What can you expect?In these workshops we fuse yoga and reiki to explore and open your energy centres. This is an intimate group setting, consists of max 8 members and 2 teachers.
This atmosphere offers you personalised treatment and the space to voice your thoughts. The group will benefit from shared ideas and guidance as well as the education and tools that I will provide.
This will be a yin-yang workshop (75min), we will start with a yoga practice (lead by Hizell) to create space in your body. Afterwards, we will move towards stillness in a guided reiki meditation (lead by Salome) to work further on expanding and healing your energy centre.
What we provide?You will get a yoga mat, blanket, the guidance of your two hosts, we will use essentials oils and we will close the practice with a warm cup of tea chat.

This is the last of our monthly Chakra Workshops. Chakras are the concentrated energy centres of the body. In This class we will search to find alignment in all seven of them.

Flow in Rhythm
Yoga Flow + Live Cello Savasana
What can you expect?During this special event, we will start with a Vinyasa Yoga sequence and transition smoothly into a Live Cello Savasana concert.
Vinyasa is the connection of movement to breath, moving from one pose to the next with fluidity. The deep cello vibrations will echo through your body and open up the doorway. Once that door is open, you will float on the sweeping melodies in a deep state of pure bliss.

The Wong Janice is a music producer and cellist who creates cello meditation soundtracks allowing you to come in a state of flow and feeling of freedom. Hizell Regalado is a yoga and visualisation meditation teacher who’s practice revolves around boosting creativity through body and mind.
