I’m Joanna, and I’ve coached hundreds of women over the last 10 years to build stronger bodies and lasting confidence.

Yes - the main programme is gym based. Most workouts use barbells and dumbbells to deliver proper strength progress. If you have suitable equipment at home, you can absolutely follow the programme there too. There are also additional home workout options included for flexibility when you can’t get to the gym.
The Power Squad is suitable for beginners who have some basic experience in the gym and feel comfortable using fundamental equipment like dumbbells and barbells. The programme is progressive and structured, so it works well for those who already understand the basics and are ready to train with more direction and purpose. If you’re completely new to the gym and unsure where to start, 1:1 face to face sessions may be a better place to begin. You’re always welcome to reach out to discuss that option.
The group itself includes a mix of abilities, from those building confidence to those pushing performance and that balance is part of what makes the Squad so supportive.
The programme is built around 3 gym sessions per week. You’ll follow three different full body workouts on rotation for 8 weeks, allowing you to progressively build strength and see measurable progress. Three sessions is the recommended amount for the best results. However, the structure is flexible and you can train slightly more or less depending on your schedule.
Ideally, yes, especially at the start. Tracking gives us clarity and it shows whether you’re eating the right amount of calories and the right balance of macros to support your goals. That said, tracking isn’t forever and it isn’t mandatory. It’s simply a tool to build awareness, create structure and speed up progress. Once you understand what your body needs, we can shift towards a more intuitive approach if that’s appropriate for you.
Absolutely!
This isn’t a generic PDF or influencer plan. It’s structured programming, personalised nutrition targets, weekly check ins and real accountability. The workouts change every 8 weeks and I design them round the current members of the Squad.
The investment is £89 a month. One months notice is required if you decide to leave the Squad.
