Registration and abstract submission are OPEN

Abstract submission deadline: October 31, 2025

Virtual-attendance registration available until December 7, 2025

1. The author must be a registered University of Guelph graduate student in the Department of Animal Biosciences at the time of submission.

2. The abstract must have no more than 300 words (the abstract title, author names, affiliations and contact information are not included).

3. The abstract must include: a title, the name and affiliations of the authors, the authors contact information and the description of the project.

4. The abstract must be submitted as a single PDF file. The file name must follow this convention: First_Last.pdf, where First and Last represent the first and last names of the presenter.

1. Oral Presentations: should be delivered in a way that transfers knowledge effectively to a diverse audience. Each presentation will be limited to 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions.

2. Posters: should be printed with dimensions of 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall
