3/31/2020- Abrazar, Inc donated emergency food and gift certificates provided by the Second Harvest Food Bank and Abrazar. Our teams drove out to selected family homes for a Drop and Go distribution.
4/3/2020-The Extended School Program (ESP) of WSD organized emergency supplies for our District Families. Abrazar was happy to help distribute Emergency Supplies at our ASES PRIDE Sites during a Grab and Go Event
4/7/2020-4/8/2020- Day 2 of of the Grab and Go Emergency Supplies at Finley, Johnson, and Schmitt!
Through collaboration with WSD, BGCW, BGCGG, and OCDE, Abrazar ASES PRIDE has developed a fun way for our ASES PRIDE student members to experience 21st Century Learning Skills along with our take on the Engineering Process with OPERATION INNOVATION! Our photos show some fun activities done throughout the year- from a Site Specific activity to an ALL Agency Competition!
Students at DEMILLE ASES PRIDE program were able to use their 21st Century Learning Skills with the Breakout EDU Kits!
All program sites were able to challenge themselves with one goal in mind- To Create a Dr. Seuss Themed Candy Dispenser! Thank you to our OCDE ELP Reps for Judging our competition!
Our members built 21st Century Skills while playing both virtual and physical games with their peers and have the opportunity to compete with our other After-School Programs for some fun and friendly competition, all while keeping Sportsmanship as our focus, in both a virtual and physical setting in our ABRAZAR Sports/E-Sports Program!
Abrazar ASES PRIDE was proud to host a Lights on After School Event in which their five after school programs highlighted the important work they do.
Highlights include Performing Arts, TUPE (Drug Prevention), A Day in thelife of ASES PRIDE, STEAM HexBug Competition, and an all agency card competition! Thank you to the WSD and OCDE for their continuing support!
