Vibya Natana is a social impact professional with a social work and public administration education, as well as a speaker who has been committed to strengthening community development ecosystems across cultural and institutional contexts for 10+ years. She currently serves as the Attaché for Economic Development & Executive Affairs with the Organization for Economic Development & Diplomacy (OEDD) organization, where she advances the priorities of African-descent youth through strategic partnership, policy development, and community engagement.  

With a strong foundation from grassroots organizing to systems-level advocacy, Vibya has contributed to transformative initiatives through her work with organizations in the areas of anti-racism, youth, women, and cultural development. Her approach blends education, policy engagement, research, and community partnerships to amplify collective strengths and reimagine what is possible when communities lead.

As an experienced facilitator and speaker, Vibya was a 2026 United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent panelist. She has led keynotes and workshops for audiences including the Canadian Public Relations Society, the Government of Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Health, Luther College, Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan, The People Bridge Advocacy, and the Saskatchewan Association of Black Social Workers. Known for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and collaborative spirit, she sees every engagement as a mutual learning opportunity, grounded in respect for lived experience and intergenerational wisdom.

Through the Abrayama Collective, Vibya looks forward to continuing to provide consulting, facilitation, and speaking engagements rooted in care, strategy, and a deep love for community.

Hon. John Natana Abraham is a seasoned educator, legal scholar, and community leader who currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Secretary General of the National Constitutional Review Commission (NCRC) in the Republic of South Sudan. With over 20 years of experience in constitutional law, human rights, and public service, his work has taken him from the formerly unified Sudan to India, Canada, and now back to South Sudan.

Rooted in a deep commitment to education and community development, Hon. Abraham has helped shape policy, governance frameworks, and public discourse across generations both within the diaspora and on the African continent. His voice and expertise have been sought out by diverse audiences, including intergovernmental bodies, civil society organizations, and private sector associations.

He has delivered lectures, trainings, and keynote addresses for institutions such as the African Union, UNMISS, UN Women, UNPAD, IGAD, and the Association of Member Episcopal Conferences of Eastern Africa (AMECEA), among others. His ability to connect legal reform to lived realities makes him a respected figure in conversations around state-building, peace processes, and civic engagement.

In addition to his public service, Hon. Abraham offers consulting, public speaking, and tailored trainings on topics ranging from constitutional development and transitional justice to leadership and participatory governance.
