My journey has been shaped by leadership, accountability, and a relentless commitment to growth  both within the game of baseball and beyond it. I’ve always been drawn to environments that demand preparation, discipline, and trust, and those values continue to guide how I approach every opportunity.

Through my experience as President of UM-Flint Baseball, I gained firsthand exposure to the structure, preparation, and daily standards required to compete at a high level. Being around the program strengthened my understanding of player development, in-game adjustments, and the small details that separate good teams from great ones. I learned the importance of communication, consistency, and showing up prepared not just physically, but mentally.

That foundation was elevated through my time in the professional environment of the Royal Oak Leprechauns, where I experienced the expectations and pace of a higher-level clubhouse. Operating in that setting required adaptability, professionalism, and a deeper understanding of the game’s strategic elements. It reinforced the importance of accountability, situational awareness, and maintaining composure in competitive environments.

Academically, earning my Bachelor of Business Administration further developed my analytical thinking and decision-making skills. I strengthened my ability to interpret information, evaluate performance objectively, and approach challenges with a structured mindset. Pairing that analytical foundation with my on-field experience allows me to see the game through both a competitive and evaluative lens.

Baseball continues to be the common thread throughout my journey. It has taught me discipline, resilience, leadership, and the value of preparation extending far beyond the field. I’m excited to continue growing within the game as a Baseball Data Scout with Sports Info Solutions, where I look forward to contributing my work ethic, baseball knowledge, and analytical mindset to an organization committed to advancing performance through insight and precision.
