Step 1:

• Meet our designers and discuss the jewelry that you would love to have made.
• Bring some images along, if you have them, so that we’re clear about your custom jewelry idea.

Step 2:

• After we discuss your dream jewelry, we’ll have a look at various stone options to help you choose the type that fits your budget and taste.
• You can bring your own diamond or we can also help you find the perfect stone.

Step 3:

• Once we agree on the metal, stone and the design, we can go through some other details to make sure that we create the perfect piece of jewelry that you have in mind.
• To begin with the production work, we ask for a 20% deposit.

Step 4:

• We first make a model of your custom jewelry using CAD software before it is actually made.
• We create your jewelry in 4-6 weeks’ time, depending on the complexity of the design. Through this process we will keep you updated.
