About Me
I am a dedicated wife and mother of four, with a deep passion for travel, nature, and meaningful human connections. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Biodynamics from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University. My academic background, combined with a commitment to holistic well-being, has shaped my approach to personal transformation and healing.
As a certified Health Coach, Trauma-Informed Life Coach, Breathwork and Sound Facilitator, I bring a diverse skill set to my practice. I believe that true healing involves addressing the root causes of challenges and integrating mind, body, and spirit to achieve lasting well-being.
My expertise lies in helping individuals find inner peace by identifying and dismantling the subconscious barriers that contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, or a general feeling of being stuck. Through somatic and subconscious work, I guide clients in releasing limiting patterns, rediscovering their authentic selves, and rekindling joy and clarity in their lives. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to access their inner wisdom, achieve genuine freedom, and live in alignment with their true selves.
