Hey everyone, I’m sure you’ve heard about Omega Dev and his scams. This post is meant to be my perspective of events and a recap. 

Part 1

I joined the server and eventually got promoted to moderator for my efforts in the community. After a while VIP got introduced. As a mod I got VIP for free.  (this will be important later) After days of moderating the certs business got introduced. I also got promoted to admin. After pinging @everyone, notifying them of the fact that I was an admin now, I got demoted. A simple warning and a message deletion should have sufficed. 

Part 2

I was moderating the server most of the day because there was no school. Because of time zones I was awake and moderating while he was asleep. I was dealing with purchase tickets all day. In the afternoon (morning for omega) I saw that my mod perms had been removed. He said “your perms have been removed while I figure out how to remove mods from the purchase tickets.” I asked him why and he said I made a few mistakes in the tickets. I asked him to tell me the mistakes I made and he told me. I’ll only explain one to keep this post a bit shorter, one of the perks for the highest tier of the certs is “one on one support” I was teaching the guy in the ticket about ESign and remembered the perk. I said “sadly we can’t help you anymore unless you pay for the black tier.” I asked for mod permission back but I got this response (in the image carousel)

It is important to note that the mods never got told that they couldn’t help out in the payment tickets. 

I explained my story in and out of the server and eventually got banned. I logged into an alt to keep updated.

Props to the community for staying by my side this whole time. Everyone was saying #justicefordidi in chat. He literally said that he will punish people if they talked about me again

On my alt I saw an announcement he made. This 15 year old literally pinged everyone asking them to do his assignment in exchange for a free cert. Luckily no one helped this guy because they wouldn’t have gotten the cert. 

Fast forward to the recent news,

I woke up to 25 messages/pings from my friends in this community saying that Omega deleted his server. He said that he never intended it to be a scam and he wanted it to be legit but when apple wasn’t giving him the certs he decided to delete the server therefore making it an exit scam.

 If you are looking for a cheap sideloading certificate I would recommend Kravasign, I’ve had no issues with them.
