การสั่งซื้อทางออนไลน์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

• เป้าหมายของเราคือการที่สินค้าถึงมือคุณในสภาพสมบูรณ์ หากสินค้ามาถึงคุณในสภาพชำรุดหรือมีตำหนิ หรือได้รับคำสั่งซื้อที่ไม่ถูกต้อง โปรดติดต่อเราภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

• เราจะไม่คืนเงินสำหรับการเปลี่ยนใจ เว้นแต่สินค้าจะได้รับความเสียหายหรือมีตำหนิ และในกรณีที่สินค้าที่สั่งซื้อหมดสต็อก เราจะคืนเงินสำหรับสินค้าเหล่านี้ และเงินจะถูกโอนไปยังวิธีการชำระเงินเดียวกับที่ใช้

• หากสินค้าของคุณเสียหายหรือมีตำหนิและเรามีสินค้าชนิดเดียวกันในสต็อก เราอาจเสนอสินค้าทดแทนให้

• สามารถคืนสินค้าที่ซื้อทางออนไลน์ได้เท่านั้น โปรดเผื่อเวลา 28 วันสำหรับการรับและดำเนินการคืนสินค้า

• การคืนสินค้า การเปลี่ยนสินค้า และการปรับราคาทั้งหมดจะถูกดำเนินการในประเทศไทยซึ่งเป็นประเทศต้นทาง

• กรณีมีค่าขนส่งสำหรับสินค้าที่ส่งคืนทางไปรษณีย์จะต้องรับผิดชอบโดยลูกค้า หรือลูกค้าสามารถมารับสินค้าที่หน้าร้านค้าสาขาจตุจักรโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

การสั่งซื้อทางหน้าร้าน

• หากสินค้ามีสภาพชำรุดหรือมีตำหนิหลังการแกะกล่อง หรือได้รับคำสั่งซื้อที่ไม่ถูกต้อง โปรดติดต่อเราภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้ซื้อสินค้าโดยมีหลักฐานเป็นใบเสร็จค่าสินค้า

• เราจะไม่คืนเงินสำหรับการเปลี่ยนใจ เว้นแต่สินค้าจะได้รับความเสียหายหรือมีตำหนิ และในกรณีที่สินค้าที่สั่งซื้อหมดสต็อก เราจะคืนเงินสำหรับสินค้าเหล่านี้ และเงินจะถูกโอนไปยังวิธีการชำระเงินเดียวกับที่ใช้

• หากสินค้าของคุณเสียหายหรือมีตำหนิและเรามีสินค้าชนิดเดียวกันในสต็อก เราอาจเสนอสินค้าทดแทนให้

• เราจะดำเนินการคืนสินค้าภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับเรื่องเข้าสู่ระบบการคืนสินค้าเป็นที่เรียบร้อย โดยลูกค้าสามารถมารับสินค้าคืนผ่านทางหน้าร้านสาขาจตุจักรในวันทำการ หรือลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งกรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการให้ส่งสินค้าคืนผ่านทางไปรษณีย์

การซื้อสินค้าผ่านตัวแทนฝากขาย ECOTOPIA

• โปรดนำใบเสร็จค่าชำระสินค้าไปแสดงต่อพนักงาน ณ สาขาที่ซื้อสินค้าโดยตรงเพื่อทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าผ่านระบบของห้างสรรพสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน

Return/Replacement Policy

Online Purchase both domestically and internationally

• Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If the products arrive with damaged or faulty; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 24 hours of the date receive.

• We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and funds will be credited to the same payment method used.

• If your item is damaged or faulty and we have stock for the same item, we may offer a replacement.

• Online purchases can only be returned online. Please allow 28 days for your return to be received and processed.

• All returns, exchanges, and price adjustments must be made in Thailand.

• In case of shipping costs for returned products via post, the customer will be responsible for them, or the customer can pick up the products at the Chatuchak branch store with free of charge.

Chatuchak Store Purchase

• If the product is damaged or defective after unpacking or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

• We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and funds will be credited to the same payment method used.

• If your item is damaged or faulty and we have stock for the same item, we may offer a replacement.

• We will process the return within 7 business days from the date we have received the request into the returns system. Customers can pick up the returned product at the Chatuchak branch on a weekend, or customers are responsible for the shipping costs if they want the product returned via post.

ECOTOPIA Purchase

• Please bring the payment receipt to show the staff at the branch where the product was purchased to exchange the product through the department store system within 7 days.

• การจัดการหีบห่อเพื่อจัดส่งสินค้า เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของทางร้าน

• เมื่อผู้รับได้รับสินค้าที่เสียหายภายหลังจากการจัดส่ง สามารถส่งหลักฐานเพื่อเคลมสินค้ากับทางร้านได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากวันที่ได้รับ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งเพิ่มเติม

Packing Conditions

• Package handling for delivery It's according to the conditions of the shop.

• When the recipient receives damaged goods after delivery. Please send the evidence for claim the product with the shop within 7 days after the date of receipt without additional delivery cost in Thailand domestic.

วันหมดอายุของผลิตภัณฑ์

• สินค้าที่ผลิตด้วยกระบวน HOME MADE เช่น Water Balm 8ml / Golden Balm 10 ml / Euphoroll 20 ml / Inhaler เป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตขึ้นใหม่ทุกสัปดาห์ โดยผู้ซื้อจะได้รับอายุการใช้งานหลังจากการซื้อสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปีนับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้าจากทางร้านและช่องทางออนไลน์

• สินค้าที่ผลิตด้วยระบบอุตสาหกรรมจะยิงเลเซอร์วันที่ผลิต วันหมดอายุและล็อตการผลิตไว้บนบรรจุภัณฑ์ทุกชิ้น

Expired Date of Products

• Products which produced as HOME MADE processes such as Water Balm 8ml / Golden Balm 10 ml / Euphoroll 20 ml / Inhaler  are newly produced every week. The buyer will receive a validity period after purchasing the product for 2 years after purchase from store and online channels.

• Products which produced by industrial systems will labled the date of manufacture with laser on the package. The expiration date and production lot are on every package.
