Faculty
The faculty includes outstanding Filipino scholars, researchers and professors in the field. Many have administrative experience in the realm of government, academe and the voluntary sector. All faculty members have master’s degrees; close to sixty percent have doctorates.

Student Organizations
The NCPAG Student Government is the official College-based organization for students enrolled at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
There are two active socio-academic organizations, namely:
1. Samahan Tungo sa Progresibong Administrasyon (UP STPA)
2. Circle of Administrators (UP CIRCA)
There are two socio-political parties:
1. Practice of Administrative Leadership and Service (PALS-NCPAG)
2. Initiative for Genuine Involvement, Transparency and Empowerment (IGNITE-NCPAG)
