After more than 6 years of teaching experience, from pre-school to middle school, I decided to take a bigger part of education by becoming a 'Training Research & Development Department Specialist' for HighScope Indonesia Institute, 'Content Development Lead' for one of the biggest tech-ed company in Indonesia, Ruangguru and now a 'Senior Education Associate' for a Bali Based non-profit waste management system organization, Delterra (known as McKinsey.org).

Working in education allows me to be critical to the way we live in this world. Education is all about shaping our values, learning is not only about content knowledge, but more about how to use the knowledge & skills we have to be a contributing member of society.
