This privacy policy explains how Market Rush handles user data.

2. App

Market Rush is a stock-market simulation game for Android. The app does not provide financial advice and does not involve real-money investing.

3. Data processed by the app

Market Rush may process the following data:

- Local game progress, settings, statistics, selected skin, unlocked content, and game logs stored on your device.

- Username, Firebase user ID, profile progress, entitlements, completed challenges, and leaderboard data if you use online features, sign in, make purchases, or play competitive multiplayer.

- Google account sign-in data if you choose Google sign-in.

- Purchase status for in-app purchases made through Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled by Google Play; Market Rush does not receive your full payment card details.

- Multiplayer data needed to run online matches, such as user ID, username, selected skin, trades, holdings, wealth, and match results.

4. Purposes

The data is used to:

- run the game and save progress;

- provide online multiplayer and leaderboards;

- process and restore in-app purchases;

- support Google sign-in and account portability;

- prevent abuse and keep online features reliable;

- understand app usage and improve the app.

5. Legal bases under GDPR

Where GDPR applies, the legal bases are:

- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing the app, online features, purchases, and account functionality;

- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for app security, abuse prevention, analytics, and improvement;

- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is required by law;

- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is requested.

6. Third-party services

Market Rush uses:

- Google Play Billing for in-app purchases;

- Firebase Authentication for anonymous and Google sign-in;

- Cloud Firestore for cloud profiles, entitlements, and leaderboards;

7. Ads

Market Rush does not show ads.

8. Data sharing

Data is shared only as needed with service providers used to operate the app, especially Google/Firebase services. Leaderboard entries are visible to other users and may include a username, selected skin, and score or ranking value.

Market Rush does not sell personal data.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your Market Rush account in the app:

1. Open Market Rush.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm the deletion dialog.

When you delete your account:

- local progress, settings, statistics, username, and game logs on the device are reset;

- if you have a Firebase anonymous or Google account, your account is anonymized

- existing leaderboard entries may remain in anonymized form to preserve leaderboard integrity;

- purchase records handled by Google Play may remain with Google as required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, refund, and legal purposes.

10. Deletion of specific data

You may request deletion or anonymization of specific Market Rush data without deleting your account by contacting us at: ye.devstudios@gmail.com

For example, you may request deletion or anonymization of your username, cloud profile data, leaderboard data, or multiplayer-related account data where technically and legally possible.

Some data may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, purchase handling, legal compliance, or to preserve leaderboard integrity. Purchase records handled by Google Play are managed by Google and may be retained by Google as required for payment, tax, refund, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.

Local data stored only on your device can be removed by using the in-app Delete Account option, clearing the app data in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

10. Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete the app data, uninstall the app, or use the delete account option in the app.

Cloud profile and leaderboard data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile is anonymized, and local progress on the device is reset. Some anonymized leaderboard entries may remain to preserve leaderboard integrity.

11. Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

12. Children

Market Rush is not directed at children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country.

13. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at this URL.
