The Manual Thresher’s lever is a mechanical handle or arm that is a part of a human-powered threshing machine. The purpose of a manual thresher is to transmit manual force from the operator to the threshing mechanism. The role of the lever in a Manual thresher is to amplify the force from the human hand, drive the mechanical system, and ensure continuous back-and-forth rotation. Helical compression spring in the manual thresher lever helps return the lever to its original position, absorb shocks from hitting dense crop and, regulate motion for smooth operation. It also stores energy during lever compression and helps return the lever to its neutral position. The compact design of the Manual thresher lever is responsible for the compact design of the spring. The Project focuses on creating an optimized design of Helical Compression spring, maintaining each and every constraint and materials ability that is well validated by both analytical and simulation results.
Turbo Fan
This is a prototype stand fan for commercial purpose. It has 3 blades up front. And the front part rotates consistently to spread the flow in surround.
